Update: Removed the interaction from female characters as it presently doesn't work. It will be added back once it does.

Update: Added rules that more specifically control who can and cannot marry. Catholic theocracies can no longer marry a local noble unless the Council of Trent votes to allow priests to marry.

Update: Removed the monarchy-only restriction. Characters in republics should now be able to marry local nobles.
