Knick knacks can no longer be selected.
Knick knacks will automatically be deconstructed when they're no longer on a valid clutterable surface.

You can now mark tables as ineligible for clutter by giving them the SEX_InvalidSurfaceForClutter building tag. By default, this is patched onto the counters from Vanilla Furniture Expanded.
Fixed an oversight on how I was counting knick knacks per table.

Fixed an oversight where having a pawn assigned to sleep outdoors would return the outside as the 'eligible room' and thus have the pawn decorate tables on ruins and such.
Tightened up some checks to fix some other oversights.
Pawns decorating monuments should no longer cause monument quests to fail.
