Fixed the Vibrant Vista terraforming ritual. It should now have a 50/50 chance to change a shallow sea into either a kelp forest or a white coral, as intended.

Minor adjustments to the marine terraforming rituals. The ritual to change a shallow sea into white coral now has a 50% chance to turn it into a kelp forest instead. Kelp forests cannot be turned into red corals with Conjuror rituals. White corals can be terraformed into red corals, and enchanted currents are now terraformed from red corals instead of shallow seas. The price of these rituals has been adjusted accordingly.

Palatial Vista rituals that change Forests and Jungles into Maharaja's Palaces renamed to Lavish Vista (Forest) and Luxuriant Vista (Jungle) to correct an error when learning the ritual that resulted from both having the same name.

Amphibious trait added to Littoral Dreamer, Dreamtouched, Spellweaver, Spellmarked, Spellshaper and Warped.

Thalassic Dreamer added to starting commanders spawned over the first two years of the game.

Terraforming rituals added to Spellweavers and above to create ways to generate more gold and gems of each color.
