Increased the amount of resources generated by Dreamers, Spellweavers, Spellshapers, Conjurors and Coruscant Wellsprings.

Added a Maleficent Dreamer to the starting Dreamers spawned over the first two years of the game.

Time for Unstable to grow into Dreamtouched, Spellmarked, Warped, Altered and Awry increased from 2 to 3.
Affluent Dreamer, Spellweaver, Spellshaper, Conjuror and Coruscant Wellspring gold income increased by 2.
Lofty Dreamer, Spellwaver, Spellshaper, Conjuror and Coruscant Wellspring iron income increased by 1.
Doubled the starting troops the Conjuror receives and halved the time in between each spawn. Twice as many troops, received over the first two years of the game.
Starting Dreamer changed from Peregrine to Ephemeral.
Other starting Dreamers received over the first half year of the game are now Affluent, Lofty, Verdant and Cavernous.
Minion monster spawn rates for Conjured units with 0-9 HP increased from 8% to 16%.
Minion monster spawn rates for Conjured units with 10-24 HP increased from 8% to 12%.

Fixed some Conjuror mutate minions that were still exploding on death, and some Conjurors who weren't.

Changed Eerie summoning rituals to require being near (within 1 square of) "-76 void plane" instead of directly on "50 void". This will hopefully make them a bit easier to use.

Added events to automatically commanderize all Dreamtouched, Spellmarked, Warped, Altered and Awry, except the Unstable ones.

Remembered WHY all conjured units created via summoning ritual have to spawn as commanders, so they all do that now, like they did before... >_> It's because they don't follow their wander behaviors unless they're commanders.

Changed monster spawning rates for conjured units that spawn other conjured units back to 8% from 4%.
