Changes

- Changed 1 line of code that stopped multiple people getting the knife at the start, literally one statement, thanks coolyer
- Changed the clipping on the dock, as before you could jump onto the fence on the right of the entrance from the ramp, you would die, but still I changed the clipping on the fence to fix it
