I think a way of correcting this and making it more difficult would be adding more spawns on the fountain and pack area, making it harder to train zombies, and maybe adding a buyable ending instead of a free one? Might even be possible to expand the map over to the lighthouse, after all, this is the game were swimming was introduced as a main part of some maps
Finished the EE in round 12 and escaped
I think the problem with it is that if you manage your points you can have 2 good weapons and the whole map open on round 6, I took longer while looking for the shootables but not really tedious. And the "special" zombies are just a reskin with idle eyes constantly, so they are not really a threat.
