New additions:
- Select Soldier Icons -> by default you can now select units on the mini-hotbar even if they have no action points
- Unit Flags extended -> EXP is now always disabled, this option is on by default if you use Meta collection mod, + flipped the switch on coloroued status icons per Zelfana's suggestion
