Update regarding small fixes for Level 2
- fixed the issue causing survivor AI to jump down when being in the pipe room, causing death or downed

Cause of this issue were climable spots for infected being normal brushes and not func_ladder. Fixed that so survivor AI should no longer attempt to jump down anymore

Update 2.4
Crucial update mainly regarding balance changes for Level 3

Level 2:
- (Survival) Second jet bombarding debree is not present, only in Campaign or Versus

Level 3:
- adjusted the balance for the elevator sequence depending on the difficulty the map launches on:

(Easy mode) = -2 commons spawn, smaller horde
(Normal mode) = no changes
(Advanced + Expert mode) = reduced the tank's HP to 4000 making him faster and easier to kill despite still being a threat to the survivors

These balance changes are Campaign exclusive, they do not work on Survival or Versus alike

- navmesh fix preventing infected and survivor AI from getting stuck and not moving when on the edge of the elevator before second elevator drops

Level 3
- changed some props to allow items inside instead of leaving them non-collectable

Small update regarding the elevator event for Level 3
- added light making the event no longer pitch black
- more buffs n nerfs in terms to commons and specials spawnrate for the elevator event

Update 2.3
Balance changes and some Quality of life changes
Level 2
- changed some climable pipes for infected, more friendly for infected AI
- other minor navmesh fixes

Level 3
- nerfed the difficulty of the elevator event by reducing the frequency of commons spawntime and specials spawntime
- second elevator drops down slightly earlier and increased the amount of time survivors have to prepare for tank attack from 8 seconds to 10 seconds
- (Versus) extra specials no longer spawn to not overwhelm the survivors
- (Versus) elevator items like medkits n items are enabled to spawn for both versus and campaign
- other minor AI fixes

Update 2.2
Another batch of changes n fixes for Level 2 and 3

Level 2:
- getting the battery first before opening the panel no longer makes all lockers glow
- climable wall fixed for the infected near the end of the level

Level 3:
- 1st crate before elevator event now guarantees to spawn the item in it
- added items n throwables to the elevator event for campaign and versus (2 pills, 2 adrenalines, 1 throwable of each kind and tier 1 weapons)
- ammo is guaranteed to spawn after elevator event
- added trigger_hurt to the ending of the elevator event to kill off all specials n commons when survivors fully survive the duration of the event to prevent any survivor from getting stuck in the elevator event
- added trigger_hurt to the bottom of the elevator to kill off any threats upon completing the elevator event so survivors can have a bit of breathing room before moving forward (in survival, the trigger kill lasts 4 seconds)
- fixed elevator theme colliding with other themes. Now during elevator theme, it suppresses horde theme and tank them (thank you cshotgspot for help)

- expanded trigger_hurt zone for infected when triggering the elevator event and ending it
- fixed sparkles not appearing on elevator2 during survival

Very minor fix update regarding level 2

- fixed versus file loading 1st map instead of 3rd one after completing the 2nd one ;_;
- reduced fire duration for Level 2 cafeteria bombing to 15 seconds, so hanging survivor by fire isn't a death sentence, especially on versus
- slightly altered the climbing spot for infected in the cafeteria pipe
