Fixed a few bugs with the Theologian and Female.

Major Update:

Removed OP Hirelings, they are in the Cheat Mod.

Added one decision for each type of courtier, with an ordered list of trait combinations, and ramdon traits with removal of some bad traits to maintain variation.

Removed adding Dynasty Adults.
Dynasty Children are still in, but "might" be removed based on feedback. I will keep my mind open.

Moved a few lines of code.
Removed a faulty closing bracket }

Hopefully this resolves any crash issues.
