Added the Dwarven Black Smith capable of using level 1 enchanter Rituals to the Recruitment pool (I couldn't set up unique rituals that did what I wanted due to lack of skill modding so until further notice this is how I will do that Dwarven Black Smith, I will return to this unit once I have more practice doing things in the modding style for this game)
