Changed:
- Vampire joiner quest now expires after 2 days
- Fixes to the Feeding maintab and Feeding ITab settings
- Vampires are automatically assigned the "No Drugs" policy on creation or embrace if it exists
- Centralized Embrace logic in code, making it easier to maintain. This is non-player facing and shouldn't affect gameplay in any way
