Broke up adventurer dialog a little bit and set it to be repeatable

Added Chitrin's Enforcers from cut FCS dialog, as well as a Holy Adventurer with some old dialog that talks about them. You can also ask him if there are any jobs around and he has various answers.

The Chitrin's Enforcers are a separate faction that are always hostile.

Bounty increase for CC, renamed unit to Chitrin's Child
