Adds Enforcers of Chitrin, a cut faction.

Adds Flotsam Priests since most of them follow their own local brand of Okranism. Mod also adds a minor cult who follow the god Chitrin and carry the Book of Sacrifice. They are remnants of the proto-Okranites and are persecuted in Holy Nation territory. If the HN collapses, they will return to Okran's Gulf/Valley/Pride, but otherwise they are rare and not very numerous in small groups around the Northern Coast, Skinner's Roam, Dreg, and a few more areas.

One squad of Chitrin's Children act like Escaped Servants, and may be hostile/kill your animals for food. Otherwise, they will heal neutral parties. They are bald and wear bandannas.

There is a solo drifter Children of Chitrin variant that is less hostile, and will also try to free slaves.

Some Children of Chitrin can be found in a few bars on the outskirts of HN territory.
