-An early Congo defeat at the hands of the rebels should no longer break focus trees across Africa as they now account for Congo not existing at all
-Made it clearer what focus needs to be in Philippines focus tree to unlock army reforms (base KR issue)
-Renamed Mahdist State
-Various other bug fixes and balance changes (e.g. PAF should collapse less)

-Uploaded mod to new Workshop Page due to Paradox Launcher update issues with the old page
-Fixed an on_action glitch
