Standard conversion fix; Mountains, Spawnsites, etc.

NEW:
The top right land spawn's cap circle was not fully closed, which meant another nation could spawn inside their cap circle if you had more than 3 land players. Fixed.
5 new pre-set Throne spawn sites have been placed on the map; 3 on the mainland at semi-balanced distances from each capital, 1 underwater, and 1 on the offset island in the bottom right of the map.
