Patch 6.3 update.

- Instead of reducing idle melee reaction, increased it instead. Melee were breaking formation too quickly and leaving gaps in the frontline when they weren't supposed to.

- Line of Sight obstructed was set to 97% previously, now set to 95% instead. It's not helpful if a unit is not firing or barely firing but is reporting no issues, which was the case if only 3% of the entities were required to have line of sight. The player might have a quick glance and see they are not obstructed when in fact they are.

- Ancient Salamander tracking fix.

- Removed most changes to central targetting, after extensive testing no real benefit was observed by having it.
