Tested everything again.

Every factory connection and other connections are working as they should.

Buildings don't crash the game while being built.

Hope this time it works...

- Changed building type back to factory
- Greenhouses now have machine replacement disabled
- Fixed greenhouse with organic fertilizer (sorry about that...)
- Greenhouses no longer generate excess heat
- Increased resource consumption and production of all buildings

A total of 4 new building variations have been added. From now on, in addition to the greenhouse for liquid fertilizer, there are variants of the building for solid fertilizer and for a mix of both.

New building statistics may change after feedback.

- Building type was changed to a heating plant

‎ ‎ ‎ > The building generates a small amount of heat
‎ ‎ ‎ > Each greenhouse has one heat pipe outlet to remove excess heat generated

- Added more water connections
- The power consumption of both buildings was slightly reduced
- Adjusted asphalt textures
- Improved most of the connections to make them fit more closely to the building
- Added resource visualization in the form of coal piles
- Fixed missing chimney smoke in small greenhouse

- Construction costs have been adjusted once again.
- From now on the greenhouse does not produce sewage.
- The greenhouse does not produce waste from production, it is only produced by the employees.
- Changed resource placement in the UI.
- Sewage outlet removed.
- Output of crops for both buildings was equalized.
- Number of employees has been slightly reduced.

Construction costs have been changed again. The previous ones were slightly too low.

Initial commit. Removed chemicals requirement, added liquid fertilizer and water requirements. Added water, sewage, and fertilizer inputs. Reduced construction costs.
