AI fix to not spam most ritual but always spam blessing

Decrease price of Black Knight

Fix recruitment chance, more normal than before. Will be much harder to get others mages.

Fix demonist, witch and druid gather herb and sacrifice.
Also fix the archer damage (3 to 2)

Last balance and stuff:
- Sprites added for apprentices
- Enchanter, Witch, demonist, black knight have their own rituals
- Most rituals costing something else than gems have price much much increased.
- Enchanter may need a nerf.

Fix many issues:
- Teaching not workign properly, removed and replaced per an Event (break your save, probably)
- Elementalist unable to up without library, now can.
- Enchanter, black knight will always got their rituals soon for evolve without a magic library.
- Reduce price of these two above, and increase one which do not need a library
