fixed not rendering charge bar for azazel and tainted azazel

fixed replacing brimstone sprite without dogma brimstone items
fixed damage and firerate applyers

todo: (hopefully)
- change isaac costume to brimstone one
- replace brimstone chargebar with custom one (it's kinda ticky for me to do)
- more synergies and stuff
