Fixes:

Signal logic.

Automatic power saving removed. Changed to user controlled power switch. Automatic power saving caused issues while space mining and often did not work correctly in MP.

Updated several new signal logic switches, for mining drills/lights, lower power mode (thrusters off, rcs off), constructor toggle, upgrade LCD toggle (Thank you JRandall!), couple more signal logic toggles.
