New reload preset added to RPK and MK14EBR
Add suitable reload anime to some drum mags (C-MAG, RPK's, PPSH41's)
Add inertia to some heavy magazines, trying to achievet: MK18 CQBR with 150Rnd C-MAG will be no better than M16A2 with 30rnd STANAG mags in CQB
