Relocated (commercial) vans and few other duty vehicle to proper traffic storage to adapt to the new change in v2.2, preventing them from spawning too much:
+ Ford Transit, GMC Savana and GMC Vandura are relocated into truck_light storage.
+ Ford F250, F350, Ford F450, Ram 2500, and Ram 3500 are relocated into truck_medium storage.
+ Mercedes-Benz Metris and Sprinter are relocated into car_custom storage.
+ All 25+ years old vehicles have also been moved to car_custom storage to simulate the classic storage like RTD Edition. I just noticed it wasn't save when I did this before, but here it is now.

As mentioned in the update, all vehicles that are relocated will now follow the spawn rules from the new storage.
