around 10% reduction on spawns
Changed grenade use chance and max amount for npc factions across all 4 quest progress ranks
Slightly changed max npc amount in world from 62 to 67 (vanilla is 52)
Slightly changed logic for npc to do contextuals (search range, priority)
Longer corpse duration for online and offline battles
Adjusted corpse threat times to fit corpse duration changes
Mutant looting by npc based on their rank and faction
Regional spawn ranks for npc and mutant, based on 4 zone types for 4 player ranks, see picture of map in description)
Slight change in traders to balance it a bit (npc interactions v1.1)
Changed lair respawn time to fit changes from 1.5 with campfires and poi
Changed max lair amount of each type to try to populate world in more natural places and cause more events
Reduction in flashlight use chance across all 4 ranks so to create more variety in zone between (No flashlight/Flashlight/NVG)
Moved a-life unlocks around a bit to fit regional spawns
changed npc squad sizes max to fit regional spawns
Changed dailyschedules abit to fit regional spawns
Changed npc needs a bit to fit regional spawns
Changed battlechance of lairs for factions a bit to make it fit regional spawns

- put Burer back in prohibitedNPC (not allowed to spawn in open world)
- put Controller back in prohibitedNPC (not allowed to spawn in open world)
