epic and legendary weapons now can roll epic enchantments

fixed caches not dropping ore

added equipment picker fixed script

removed gear test level

Armor is fixed... weapons mostly fixed but cant roll epic enchants

baindaid fix until I can fix affixes... legendaries found will act like epics for armor, and weapons found will unfortunately act like rares until fixed

equipment givers can now offer up to legendaries and have 8 choices
