Fixing Muzzle Flashes for Muzzle break weapons

Updated player muzzle flashes. Added RPG effects

Fixed m860 shotgun missing vfx

Fixed SDK packaging issue

Increased the radius of muzzle flash slightly.
Moved the flash a bit ahead of the gun so it illuminates more of the shooter.

Made the light flash appear tighter around the user and NPCs. This should increase the flash effect on the origin, but less on the environment.

Added Laser Sight VFX. It now features a much more slim and tight laser sight and smaller dot
