Fixed a bug with the textures that caused the right arm and gear to disappear/messed up the textures when getting far away from Bill.

Thanks to SwallowATK for letting me know about it.

Reworked the Lobby VGUI Icon by now using Splinks' resource template instead of Tiny King Trashmouth version, which now includes the actual background from Bill's lobby icon along with some tweaks.
