What's there to say? A custom-edited mix between the Remastered Bill skin by Spicy_Jam and the War-Dog Bill reskin by Descarado, fully reskinned with the War-Dog's clothes along with the accessories and the army patches on each sleeve from the Remastered skin. Also comes with custom UI/VGUI Icons except for the In-Game panel/portrait icon, but you can subscribe to "Mildly More Consistent Bill Icon" from whymehere to complement it if you want. Also needless to say that being a reskin it also applies to the death pose model for The Passing.

@SwallowATK Fixed it.

It was because my dumb me had the "Generate Minimap" option in VTFEdit disabled for some reason when porting some images to VTM files for other mods.

Most recent update messed up the textures on his arms and harness - it's definitely the update because I had an old version backed up and checked
