Added option to allow MapLink Chat to work through regular chat interface (Enter + typing etc) - open the chat interface to enable/disable it (P key by default - checkbox in top right of GUI)
Added JSON option to MapLink DB config to enable allowing players to spawn on any server they want after death instead of needing to travel to a transfer point on a new character

Setting:
AllowRespawnAnyServer - set to 0 to disable, 1 to enable. If enabled, respawn screen will show a new Server selection list to choose from before respawning.

- Changed how map transfer works:
Now when a player transfers maps, the map they're transferring to is saved upon disconnection.
This means if the game crashes or the server they're transferring to runs a different modlist, the player can simply reconnect to the destination server directly and it will accept them.
Previously the transfer server was only saved after loading in to the new server, which was not possible when running different mods or if the client crashes on load-in.

- Changed "Q RANDOM" error into a printlog to reduce spam - no idea what that thing is anyway but it's always defaulting to vanilla random and giving errors.
- Made server kick players and print an error log if it has failed to connect to the Universal API database to avoid desync with database.
