-Lowered the AI's perceived strength of their armies, hopefully to result in less suicidal behavior on the campaign map

-Increased calculation variance range for autoresolve, should result in less predictable outcomes

-Increased autoresolve casualties for winning armies, Decreased "chase down" casualties and chance that the loser gets wiped out. This should result in the player being less able to steamroll long chains of autoresolve wins, since they will take more casualties and the enemy wont be wiped out as often.

-Decreased number of autoresolve "hits" per ranged unit from 10 to 5. Ranged shouldnt dominate autoresolve as much, though more of them will survive the fight than melee.

-Decreased per-unit bonus for experience level, to encourage more overall casualties in autoresolve.

-Changed the agent cap increase to be 1 agent per chain at levels 1 and 2 instead of additive for upgraded buildings in the chain. Upgrading to level 3 or 4 buildings in an agent chain (except for Portuguese Missionaries) will actually decrease your overall agent cap by 0.25 and 0.5, respectively. This should result in less agent spam late game to some degree(although a big enough faction will always be able to get 5 agents...)

HOTFIX: Japones de Pique no longer switch to swords

-Fixed grape shot leaving marks in the ground like cannon balls (it was a weird fix but w/e lol)

-Fixed issue where cannons would appear to fire blanks instead of grape shot

-Gave grape shot a use limit of 20, which will help players understand that it is only shot once per click. That seems to be hardcoded to the game.

-Added Grape Shot to the Dutch Culverin available to the Japanese
