Phoenix Now Deploys 90% of its fighters at the begining of battle

Gave b312 some aoe buffs

Still tracking down crashes

Asked Muffin to do some things to the 3d models

Had a meeting with Punic on game balancing, Punic believes we are on the right track

Brand New Rampart Models

Rescaled some bullet speeds to sell the scale of ships

Reworked some sounds

Added Bloom to reach and earth multiplayer maps for cinemetographicalisms

Added original High res models back into the game

made all custom sfx 3D again
