Added a new Thumbnail to the steam page

Organized and set a file for all the tech levels and corresponding ships UNSC (This includes potential future ships and is not an fully accurate representation of whats in the game)

Found and fixed tons of duplicate code

Increased Plasma Round Damage from 225 to 500 COVN

Decreased Frigate health by 1-3k depending on frigate UNSC

Fixed a lot more not listed
