Quality of Life update for the Express Train to Hell:

>Slightly reworded THAT passive. Split off a bunch of wording into status effects that indicate what they do and where you went wrong.
>Sound cue if you are doing something wrong. Ignore it.
>A bit of polish.

>Fixed Express Train to Hell counter page activating its healing effect if Clerk was staggered before removing all counter dice.

>Accidentally uploaded indev version, allowing the access to certain unfinished receptions.

>Added Reception of Express Train to Hell (Impuritas tier) with the respective rewards. The reception is optional for the rest of the mod, and can be accessed using Books of Lobotomy Corporation, WARP Cleanup Crew, Olivier
>Nerfed Flashing Strike, it was not supposed to be a 0-cost recover 2 light.
>Made Army in Black losable.

>Increased King in Binds pre-mass stagger resistances.
