Fixed Lantern keypage related page id whopsie. Additionally attempted to fix the Ttls Keypage skin.

BugFix: Panics should no longer be added to the hand at the start of every scene, WHOOPS. Uh, bullet6 also doesn't have the incorrect Bullet keyword anymore.
