Panic pages are exhausted when discarded without activating their effects. Yipee, counterplay.

Adjustments:
- Player Combat Page Bait and Switch has been reworked. It should now be slightly more interesting.
In addition to the prior change, an additional Combat Page can be obtained from the Book of Lantern to round out the archetype.
- Extracted EGO keypages can now be used on all floors. However, they still only replace abnormality pages when used on their respective floors.
- Certain passives additionally have been adjusted to accompany the prior change. No Long Arms E.G.O. Mircalla for you.
- Yearning Mircalla Floor EGO page reworked; It should now be overall more user friendly while also taking a different niche from Sanguine Desire.
- Prone Position/Cleanse Evil pages were nerfed. Idk what I was thinking with that one.
- Slight change to the Train Ride keypage to make it thrive in a discard focused enviroment.
- Added Fire-SFX to Fell Bullet and Der Fluschutze.
- King In Binds fight has been altered.
The summoned clones now copy your status effects on the scene they are summoned, and additionally activate their 'Start of the Act' effects.

King in Binds and Four Hundred Roses cannot be flipped.
Visuals for 'Binds' Floor E.G.O. added.

New Content:

- Reception of 'Till the Last Shot' and 'Real Magical Girls' added, with their respective rewards of pages, keypages, and abnormality pages.

Fixed the Der Flushooty instakilling librarians if it uses a certain page on them despite what the text states.

Corrected certain misinformation

Keypages Binds, Yearning Mircalla, and Train Ride received minor buffs.

Keypage for defeating Army in Black was added with it's respective abnormality pages, and pages. Visual side of things a bit later.

Der Fluschutze makes it's return. The fight is unchanged, so if you beat it before, don't bother.

Added another dependency.

Minor fixes.

>Slightly reworded THAT passive. Split off a bunch of wording into status effects that indicate what they do and where you went wrong.
