Further edits to m6 rounds and magwells
Fixed M6D HE not being named correctly
Increased M6D recoil
Added drag to M6 and M7 rounds, so the boosted damage doesn't compete with rifles at range
Fixed issue where OPTRE units were spawning with no mags/mags that don't work with their guns

OPTRE rebalance update!!
- Fixed AI not using M73 and M247
**Pistol diversification time!**
- Increased damage and penetration of 12.7x40 to match the .500 nitro that it is
- Restricted 12.7x40 to the M6D, to set it as the CE pistol
- Slowed max fire rate and increased recoil of M6D to match the power
- Readded 12.7x40 HE as an option that *should* be balanced hopefully
- Added 12.7x33 (.50 AE)
- Set M6C and M6G to use the 12.7x33
- Slowed fire rate and modified recoil of both to approximate their respective in-game performance
- Added 10x25 (10mm Auto)
- Set M6B to use 10x25, since the M6B is the non-upsized version of the handgun, and is mostly used by civilian security forces
- Increased fire rate and decreased recoil of the M6B (it's basically a sidekick placeholder for now)

Rebalanced mag weights of the VK-78 Commando and HMG-38
Rebalanced recoils of VK-78 and HMG-38 to make them accurate at range
Added 200 round tracer mags to M247a1 and hid the 400 round mags, in a way that won't break AI this time
Decreased penetration of 9.5x40mm
Increased damage of 12.7x40mm (realized it's actually .500 magnum rather than .50AE)

Reduced damage of the T51 Carbine because it was disproportionate compared to other precision weapons
Reduced damage of blamite weapons to make the explosion their major threat
Reduced damage of SLAP rounds so they didn't make any rifle compete with the DMR
Changed particle effects around Jackal shields
