Re-re-fixed the hyperburst recoil and burst timings on the BR55, making it actually more useful than semi-automatic
Unified fanon cartriges with canon
- HMG-38 fires 6.5mm Creedmoor, aligned with the VK78 Commando (The VK78 was issues immediately following the HMG-38, and likely would've shared a round in order to use existing ammunition stock)
- M12 SOC fires 5x23mm, aligned with the M7 SMG. 5.7x31 has no prior mention in canon, and the 5x23 was already meant to serve as a 5.7mm stand-in (assuming more efficient powder from future tech) so 5.7 is redundant
- DMR rounds given a new cartrige designation: 7.62x67mm. This gives it a ballistic profile that more closely matches its observed in-game behaviour, clearing up the discrepancy of how 7.62 coming out of the DMR is just magically stronger than 7.62 coming out of the MA5C.

Version 3 of the jackal shield destruction is in! Now doesn't even run on the server until a shield is shot, in which case the client handles hit detection and passes the info to the server, to minimize both network traffic and server load.
