Add: Spawn Code for Macrochip Stick

Customized tooltip to show QR-code:
LargeImage Supports QR-code images in sacalemode (x2) with a
size of 33px to 45px and without scalemode 66px to 90px.

In my tests I could not create a QR code smaller than 33 pixels (inverted code without borders),
only an aztec code made it to 27px which unfortunately was still one pixel too big for a standard tooltip.

All vanilla tooltips only support a maximum height of 26px.
Larger or smaller images are usually scaled automatically.
For this reason I have created a customized tooltip.
The automatic scaling in the tooltip has been deactivated,
the image must be scaled in the .object file if necessary.
Best results with no scaling or scalenearest.
