For optional use in the Dominions Reworked modpack. Blesses Reworked is designed to make many less often used blesses more useful by changing their costs and effects. Many more previously incarnate-only effects are now allowed in dormant gods. Generally blesses are cheaper and easier to get, so we don't just see the same 4 or 5 blesses over and over again.
