Hopefully removes conflicting files

Removed the skybox's moon and re added the base game moon (you can use the 2006 moon mod now!). Also removed another really ugly scrolling fog thing.

Fixed a problem where one of my scripts caused the Dynamic Lights mod to bug out and not work. Should be good now!

Simply removed the fog part of the script, as for some reason it conflicted with Chimi's new beta skyline. Check out their mod!
