- Sway scheme is now 20% weaker
- Greedy characters now have positive opinion of Generous ones
- Increased opinion gain/loss due to vassal stance
- Increased AI chance to accept Liberty Faction demands
- Liberty Faction war changes:
- - Removed hook gain from winning the war
- - Losing now resets your authority back to 0
- - Losing grants a big malus to vassal tax/levy contribution for 20 years
- - Losing grants a big bonus to vassal opinion for 20 years
- Royal Court changes:
- - Court amenities cost for non-tribal rulers now scales with total realm development
- - Court amenities cost generally increased by a lot
- - Expected Court Grandeur now scales with average realm development
- Increased legitimacy decay
- Reverted and buffed assault fort progress per soldier a bit
- Increased development decline in occupied counties
- Minor tweaks to marriage acceptance
- Minor tweaks to AI weighting of MAAs (Indians shouldn't start with no MAAs anymore.. I hope)

- Craven: martial penalty reduced to -1, added -2 advantage

- Stealing AIs courtiers through marriage should be way harder now

- Children below the age of 12 can't swing the scales in regencies anymore
- Meet Peers cooldown reduced to 2 years
- Hunt changes:
- - Way more prestige for slaying the beast yourself
- - Less prestige by shooting it instead
- - Less prestige by the end of the hunt
- - Max and Min success chance changed to 90 and 5 respectively
- Increased opinion penalties for declaring wars
- Minor alliance acceptance tweaks
- Fixed liege changing obligations logic

- Rich Court Chaplains can now ask lieges to allow them to build church holdings

- Nerfed Greedy, buffed Generous (traits)
- Made AI a bit more aggressive
- Reduced AI score for both kinds of artifact wars
- Reduced alliance acceptance for close family with claims
- Reduced how AI takes cost into account when choosing MAAs
- Tribal characters should more consistently start with MAAs
- Minor bugfixes

- AI lieges can now change contracts through tyranny just like the player can
- - This hopefully will help AI with managing vassal contracts
- Non-independent Theocracies earn a bit less now
- Fixed some unintended behavior with AI constructing invalid holding types
