Fixed the mod not being loaded because of a naming error.

Added more custom effects ( random give item effect & and random guaranteed shop item effect)

Starting items effect now gives you the item when a item you obtain has the effect.

added some randomised variations of certain effects.

blocked some items / item effects that don't work when randomised from being randomised
