描述
Shuffles effects of items around.



If you have the mod options mod installed you will be able to enable / disable specific parts of the mod.

shuffle Item effects (enabled by default)

shuffle item tier (disabled by default)

shuffle character effects (disabled by default)

shuffle character starting weapons (disabled by default)

shuffle weapon set effects (disabled by default)



Before reporting that mods don't show up make sure all of the installed mods have been updated since October 2024.




this mod should be compatible with any mod that adds items,weapons and characters.

modders can disable certain items being shuffled like so:

make a function like this in the item service script then call it.
func rand_exclude_multi_tier_items(): var randomizer_builders_turret = ["item_builder_turret_0","item_builder_turret_1","item_builder_turret_2","item_builder_turret_3",] randomizer_excluded_items.append_array(randomizer_builders_turret) # stops this item's effects being randomized randomizer_excluded_item_effects.append_array(randomizer_builders_turret) # stops other items from being given this items effect

Played your mod a fair bit, really like it. Other than the bug below, the mod also makes you a little too strong :happypotato: i need a higher difficulty with this on :happypotato:

This mod seems to break if the game is saved and reloaded. Only works when playing a new run until I exit the game

If an item appears that gives any bonus without anything, it can be either a character or an item. Then the game crashes and the mod is disabled. It can look like just an inscription on the item "Golem" or "Clover"

Hmmm, when I was playing I didn't experience either. Not really sure what would be causing it.

Another bug: I took an item from a crate that was a scared onion that gave +26 harvesting and +25% engineering mods and it crashed my game immediatley

ight, anyway amazing mod but there is an issue with the game crashing when all settings are on haha but it is fun still (also item sets don't shuffle). Anyway this is an amazing revival of the Chaos mod for sure.
