Changed how corrosion spreads. Before, corrosion would always spread to every item any time an item move in or out of cargo. After this update, the chance an item is corroded or corrodes a container is directly related to the number of already corroded item in the container. For example, if my field jacket has no corroded items and I move corroded nails into the cargo, there is a base 35% chance the field jacket is corroded. If my field jacket is corroded and the nails are not, there is a 15% chance the nails become corroded. If I have 3 corroded items and 2 non corroded items in my field jacket and I move nails that are not corroded, there is a 1-((3-2)/5) percent chance the nails become corroded.

Changed corrosion spread to only happen when item is moved inside a container

Reduced required water to wash corrosion significantly
Fixed corrosion not being removed from already wet items
Fixed corrosion being removed from fully empty containers
Fixed agent load order to solve ghost corrosion

[Fixed corrosion UI label to identify corroded items when loading into the server.]
[Fixed corrosion transfer within cargo. Items no longer need to be moved to show their corrosive status]
[Fixed corrosion not applying to items brought into hands while inside the chemical zones]


+ Added new way to clean corrosion. Getting an item "Wet" will remove any corrosion agents. This includes rain drenching your gear or jumping in a lake to saturage gear. Some items are not as aborbant as others so this does not apply to all items.

+ Added new mechanics to the Corrosive Areas:
++ Items that interact with the Corrosive Gas will obtain a new corrosive agent that will follow the item around.
++ An item with a corrosive agent will spread corrosion to other items within a cargo container.
++ An item with corrosion can be cleaned with water from a bottle/canteen.
++ In the future, items with corrosion will take "minor" damage each restart to simulate long form corrosion.
