IAT_Corrosive_BioGas

This mod is the first of many private mods that are being released publicly over time from The Survivalists Role Play Server[the-survivalists.net]. This mod changes the contaminated zone to allow a survivor with Headgear, Top, Pants, Gloves, Shoes to enter for a limited time without full NBC gear. While in the zone without protected gear, every 45 seconds corrosion damage is applied to the above slots (including the Backpack slot) until the item is ruined and force dropped to the ground. The player can defend against corrosion by wearing a chemically protected item such as NBC gear which provides 1 full unit of protection. Other items that provide partial protection such as surgical mask and gloves will reduce total damage applied relative to their protection.

This mod requires my other mod to ensure server owners are able to add their own protective suits if they need debug clothing.

• Buffer time (roughly 3 minutes real time) in Contaminated Zones while corrosion eats top layer of clothing
  
• Ruined clothing is forced to ground to reduce full loss; Headgear, Top, Pants, Gloves, Shoes, Backpack are targets.
  
• Any clothing with protection guards against the corrision relative to its amount. (NBC is full protection. Surgical Masks is not full protection)
