New update: Diplomacy options between Chaos factions have been reworked:
* Khorne factions are now unable to engage in diplomacy with Slaanesh factions and cannot vassalize them.
* Nurgle factions are now unable to engage in diplomacy with Tzeentch factions and cannot vassalize them.

These changes also apply to the Champions of Chaos DLC factions:
* Legion of the Gorequeen cannot engage in diplomacy with The Decadent Host, The Ecstatic Legion, or any other Slaanesh faction.
* The Fecundites cannot engage in diplomacy with Puppets of Misrule or any other Tzeentch faction.
