fixes: - in a few instances where the user had left a die with a red tint, the 'reroll' button of the dice box would not reset that die color - 'detach fruit' context menu entries now survive reloads - score sheet: if a column gets emptied after the fact, the total will be too (instead of displaying "0") new features: - some 'end of turn' automation: . advancing cubes on the market board (both coins & bags) and the ember zombie board . fetch and roll all dice for all players (aka. beginning of new turn) . display the current turn number and handle the transition to the end game scoring phase - AUTO-SCORING (make sure to follow the 'score' button tip, while hovering it with the mouse, before pressing it)

- attack value displayed on player board (incl. support for modifiers) when relevant - dice face value gets checked for minimum requirement (tinted in red if not meeting them. fruit tokens fully handled) - replaced rulebook by one with search enabled - switched to rotation snap-points for dice on player boards and cards (will improve consistently their positioning)

- updated the dice boxes: now have a reroll feature enabled and tweaked a little bit their image - added a random 1st player tool - added the score sheet for the game to ease the scoring phase: manual entries for now, but does sum - renamed the 'start' button to 'setup' - public release

- fixed a bug with the dice throwers: 4 items had their code swapped (thrower/table, thrower/counter), wth!?!? - fixed the code of the filter when an object enters a container: prevented extra dice to be added to the dice boxes or anything to enter the unused temp. bag

- prevent the camps containers from accepting dice (allows a more lenient use of dice chucking) - fixed a bug that prevented manual drop of resources on their respective counter - renamed Tents to Camps as it is more consistent with the 2nd (prevalent) part of the rulebook (and the end of the game scoring section)
