- solo mode is there, but not scripted. see rulebook, starting p.14 (for the player board: unlock it (toggles) , flip it and lock it once again: right clic is your friend)
- when selecting a seat, zoom out a bit (mouse wheel). I had to move away the seats a little bit to avoid the hand areas messing with the player areas...
most noticeable:
- AUTO-SCORING!!!
- some end of turn automation: advancing cubes on the market & zombie boards, fetching and rolling all the dice of a player
- display turn number
so the discrepancies are questions for the designer/publisher.
most of the time, the components (board here) are right, and rulebooks tend to have not-so-up-to-date leftovers from a prototype era unfortunately, especially pictures.
in this game for example, the rulebook is also not consistent when it comes to the wording of tents and camps, a sign that the name was changed along the development, and the rulebook updates did partially miss them.
maybe this is why the digital rulebook has not been published on the publisher's website, despite all the requests on players on bgg to do so...
moreover and to be blunt: when you look at the screenshots & you see 'setup fully automated', what do u expect?
