Alright... I think I have this figured out now.
Entities should be cleaned up after every use of EMS, so any phantoms left over by a save/death/reload/whatever should be handled.

Either ent_remove doesn't work in keybinds, or I'm overlooking something silly.
I'm using ent_fire NAME kill now, instead. 🤷‍♂️

Moved the delete-check to the keybind, since apparently calling it immediately on load makes it fail to work

Realized that the CFG file was executed fresh even from loading a save game, which potentially can lead to making more entities than necessary.
Now the script deletes any already present entities so that the first keypress makes them and there's no duplicates.
