Fix a bug when cape is never awarded after confederation with Carcassone. The cape will be rewarded on the next turn. Bugfix works for existing save.

- Fixed some items from Royal Armoury of Bretonnia very hard to spawn due to this mod overriding those values
- Fixed missing localisations strings

Added missing localisation strings and possible bug when collecting these legendary items:
- Louen's cloak
- Louen's crown
- and his battle crown

Fixed a bug on Multiplayer: Louen cannot get his Armour of Brilliance after completing the quest.
If this occurred single player use console commands to get the item you want, otherwise you want to rollback 2 turns before the armoury in Couroune is completed.
