When accesing the armoury, you should click on the left bottom (the big character screen) instead the level button. Otherwise the armoury panel could be blank.

I have all dependencies, I have the same problem with repanse and other lords.

Also those items are earned not given for free.

Ensure that all dependencies are enabled in the mod loader, otherwise you won't see the items like in the screenshot

I had take a look at the 'Daniel not poor' mod and I decided not to support it because Louen and other characters could stack so many magical items, they're practically unkillable in early game with that mod enabled (basically you could double equip legendary items)

They work fine.But when I enable this mod(Louen Leonceour Royal Armoury),the game crashed.I don't use sfo or some other overual mods,hope to get the answer.

The rest of vanilla items like Cuirras of Fortune can be obtained from battle like normal ancillaries. You can also use the usual console commands to check out some armours.

complete his 2 quest from vanilla:
1. Build the armoury
2. Greenskin battle in Giseroux

For additional items like cape and his crown
Cape:
1. Unite with Carcassone or capture the main settlement if you are unable to.
Crown:
1. Complete the unification of Bretonnia tech tree
Battle Crown:
1. Reach 10000 chivalry and when errantry war is triggered.

the system works for lords, but not heroes, which is kinda suck. hope CA will fix that
